Ashok has over two and a half decades of sales and marketing experience, with the last 15 years focused entirely on loyalty and relationship marketing space. He is the co-author of two of India’s largest customer loyalty programs – the PetroBonus and the SmartFleet. Ashok has worked with companies like Bharat Petroleum, Reliance Industries Ltd. and Direxions Marketing Solutions and has provided customer engagement and loyalty solutions for various industry verticals including Retail, Oil & Gas, BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Telecom and Technology. Over the last 10 years, he has been guiding loyalty professionals in successfully conceptualizing and executing loyalty and relationship programs. As the COO of Accentiv’, Ashok is responsible for the countrywide operations of India’s largest loyalty and rewards management company. He believes strongly in the power of data driven direct marketing and experiential marketing. Ashok has traveled widely and has been on the international jury picking the best ideas in direct marketing.
