Kshitij has been associated with the world of brand building for over 13 years. He has been with Aviva since August 2011 and is responsible for Brand & Media Strategy, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Research and Channel Marketing. Over the past 2 years the Aviva brand has consolidated its leadership in the ‘child plans’ space with a category leading social media engagement strategy, a national consumer outreach program and Brand-CR initiatives such as the ‘Aviva Great Wall of Education’. The brand CR initiative has won ‘Out of the Box’ PR idea at the India PR & Corporate Communications Awards and has been recognized at the TVE Corporate Sustainability Award (UK) for community investment. At Aviva he was also part of the online business team that was awarded 2nd Runner Up position at the Global Aviva Customer Cup in France. Kshitij holds a post graduate specialization in brand management from MICA. Prior to Aviva, he was leading the business vertical for www.zigwheels.com at Times Internet Limited. Under his leadership the website attained traffic leadership in its category and over two fold growth in revenue. At Times Internet he was also responsible for setting up Audience measurement and marketing of key verticals such as Indiatimes Mail amongst others. Kshitij has also spent over 7 years across leading advertising agencies like Lowe, Contract and Publicis Ambience managing some of India’s largest brands including P&G’s Vicks, Bisleri, the Parachute franchise, Dominos Pizza and Maruti Suzuki. He was recently recognized as the "50 Best Digital Marketing Professionals in India" by the World Brand Congress and CMO Council Asia.
