Rajneesh Bhasin is the Managing Director of Borges India Private Limited; a fully owned subsidiary of Borges S.A. Rajneesh heads the India operations for Borges and is responsible for establishing it as a leading player in the Olive Oil Category. This he intends to do by building a strong pan India distribution network for Borges and supporting the same through brand launches, promotions, etc which will in turn help build consumer franchise for both the category and the brand. Rajneesh has over 15 years of experience with a sound background in FMCG sales and marketing. He started his career with Dabur and then moved to HCL Infinet where he was responsible for all Retail initiatives nationally. In his next stint with Cadbury Plc he was Associate Vice President - Sri Lanka Operations, where he was instrumental in setting up Cadbury as a serious player in Sri Lanka and also manufacturing through a local contract manufacturer. He also played a vital role as Associate Vice President, East Region where, under his able leadership, the branch achieved the distinction of ‘fastest growing region in the year 2008’ for Cadbury India with the best in class commercial systems and processes. Prior to his appointment as the Managing Director at Borges India Private Limited, Rajneesh was the Sales and Business Development Head at Bharti Wal-mart Pvt Ltd. He helped develop Business Strategy for the reseller segment, assisted the merchandizing team with assortment planning, and facilitated the  development of innovative business solutions as a differentiator for the Cash and Carry Stores. Rajneesh is a Post Graduate in business management from the prestigious Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar and holds an engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He is married to Jyoti, who is a Dental Surgeon by profession and has two kids – a son and a daughter, 8 Yrs and 1 Yr respectively. In his spare time he likes to read and travel to off beat places both in India and abroad.
